Boss Models Australia was established in 1998 by international model David Glanville. Since then, Boss Models has evolved to be one of the countrys leading and most professional agencies.

Ex International Model directs Boss Models
David Glanville has more direct experience as an international model than any other agency head in Australia . That's why overseas models contact Boss Models ahead of other agencies and join our team. We also have several international agencies offering reciprocal commission arrangements with Boss Models.
During his modelling career spanning 10 years, David worked extensively in Sweden , Paris , London and South Africa.
He has “Been There... and Done That” modelling overseas for major accounts. David met his Swedish wife whilst on assignment and had a child with her after moving back to Australia . David started the agency in 1998, deciding to turn his experience over to the benefit of an awesome team of models here in Australia.
Its a dream come true
Now on the other side of the camera, David guides young talent and international stars to find the work that will elevate them to new opportunities and international experience.
Models from other agencies are constantly complaining about the amount of work they have received, if any. At Boss Models we focus on quality not quantity and strive on giving our models the best possible start in their modelling career.
